Mid-Florida Retriever Rescue provides foster care and veterinary care for the Labradors in our adoption program. Our goal is to place our Labradors in appropriate, permanent homes. Prior to an adoption, we consider the history, temperament, personality, and energy level of the rescued Labrador. The placement process includes a written a application and a home visit of the potential adopter. We are committed to all our adoptions for the lifetime of the Rescue Labradors and other dogs.
 

Half of all profits from the sales of Deserving Doggie Creations are donated directly to various Animal Rescues chosen on a periodic basis. As of right now, all donations are going to the Mid-Florida Retriever Rescue.

More About Emmett

Emmitt is a Labrador Retriever mix that came to us from a very high kill shelter. One of our volunteer saw that "save me" look in his eyes and she knew he had to come into our rescue and find his forever home. He has an approx birth date of 4/13/09. Right now Emmitt is spending time with 3 other dogs and will be going to doggie daycare to get some socialization skills and to have fun. All our dogs go to their new home spayed/neutered, current on their vaccinations, micro-chipped, and on heartworm and flea/tick preventive. The non-refundable fees include an adoption fee of $250.00 plus $15.00 for the AVID micro-chip registration. All of our dogs go to their new home spayed/neutered, current on their vaccinations, on heartworm and flea/tick preventive and micro-chipped. Alice is up-to-date with routine shots and spayed/neutered.
